Shipping and delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein for orders totalling CHF 70,– free of shipping costs. If the order value is less than CHF 70,–, a one-off charge of CHF 25,– will be charged for shipping.

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly and conveniently as possible, please also enter your telephone number in the field provided when registering.

Deliveries are handled by our delivery partner GLS Parcel Service and are, in most cases, passed on to Swiss Post, which will deliver your order directly to the residential address or alternative delivery address you have provided. Depending on size and weight, individual items may also be dispatched via a freight forwarder.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are usually processed on the same working day. Orders received between Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the following Monday (or working day) at the latest. Orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are usually delivered within 5–7 working days, after being dispatched from our warehouse. Shipments sent via a freight forwarder are usually delivered within 5–8 working days.

All prices include country-specific VAT.

Can I also collect my order directly from your warehouse?

Of course, you can also collect goods ordered from our online shop directly from our warehouse in Austria, 4933 Wildenau, Gewerbepark Wildenau 4.

As our warehouse is not always staffed, please arrange a collection appointment in advance by email or by calling 0043 699 101 33 038. You can pay for the goods in cash at our warehouse.

We do not have a warehouse in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
