Shipping and Delivery

Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we offer free shipping on orders of CHF 70 or more. If the order value is less than CHF 70, a one-time shipping fee of CHF 25 will be applied.

To ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly and conveniently as possible, please also enter your telephone number in the field provided when registering.

Deliveries are made directly to your specified home address or alternative delivery address by our delivery partner, GLS Parcel Service, or Swiss Post. Depending on their size and weight, individual items may also be dispatched via a freight forwarder. Deliveries via a freight forwarder are normally notified in advance by telephone.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are usually processed on the same working day. Orders received between Saturday and Sunday will be processed no later than the following Monday (or working day). Orders with a delivery address within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are usually delivered within 5–8 working days after they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Are there any additional costs for customs or other charges?

No.  All charges and taxes are included in the price and are covered by us.
