First and foremost is the noise level. With an electric vehicle, you won’t disturb the neighbours. Petrol engines are also very prone to breakdowns and require a lot of maintenance. The electric motor, on the other hand, is maintenance-free and long-lasting. As most of you are likely to have more opportunities to drive on grass, meadows or other off-road terrain – rather than on tarmac – we have fitted the Jeep with off-road tyres. It also features front and rear suspension, which significantly enhances ride comfort in every situation. The steering system features a steering gear, which reduces the effort required to steer and noticeably improves performance.With 13 cm of ground clearance, you can already tackle rough and uneven terrain. Of course, the Jeep also cuts a fine figure on tarmac. The ride is started using the ignition key. Depending on your driving ability or the situation, you can select from 3 speed settings. It’s very simple to do using the gear lever on the dashboard. In the slowest setting, it travels at around 12 km/h; in the middle setting, 24 km/h; and in the fastest setting, a brisk 36 km/h! The Jeep also has a reverse gear. A hydraulic braking system is fitted to ensure safe and rapid braking. The rear axle is braked.The vehicle is powered by a powerful and almost silent 1200W brushless motor; power is transmitted directly to the rear axle without a chain. This eliminates the need for wear parts and reduces driving noise to almost zero. The bucket seat with safety belt ensures a high level of comfort. You should be at least 110 cm tall to reach the pedals and operate them safely. If you’re up to 145 cm tall, you’ll have plenty of room in the Jeep. The seat is adjustable. With the switchable headlights, you’ll be able to travel safely and remain visible even in the dark. We have deliberately chosen not to specify a recommended age, as children come in all sizes. The vehicle can support a weight of up to 70 kg. The Jeep is 145 cm long, 87 cm wide and 99 cm high. It weighs 89 kg. You switch on the lights. You press the horn once so your parents know you’re out riding the quad bike. Because they won’t hear you coming. The quad bike whizzes along almost completely silently. You’ve adjusted the speed and acceleration to suit your riding ability. The excitement builds. Slowly, you twist the throttle; the quad starts to move. The ergonomic handles feel great, as does the padded seat. You twist the throttle all the way open – maximum power – and the acceleration brings a smile to your face whilst making your eyes widen in amazement. You’ll reach top speed in just a few seconds.
